Terms of Use

In short. FORM. is an app for tracking strength training. The core features are free. Premium is paid for with Telegram Stars for a chosen period and does not renew automatically. The app is not a substitute for a doctor or a coach.

This is a translation provided for your convenience. The Service is operated from the Russian Federation, and the binding text is the Russian one, published at formtrack.ru/terms.html. If the two versions differ, the Russian version prevails.

1. General

These terms govern the use of the Telegram bot @form_app_bot, the FORM. mini app, and the websites formtrack.ru and formtracker.ru — one and the same Service available at two addresses (the “Service”). The Service is owned by Individual Entrepreneur Menshov Artemii Alekseevich (ИП Меньшов Артемий Алексеевич), OGRNIP 325774600170317, registered in the Russian Federation (the “Administration”).

By starting to use the Service you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

The Service helps you keep a strength-training log: it picks a program, suggests working weights based on your previous workouts, shows your progress, and provides features built on artificial intelligence (chat with an AI coach, generating and updating programs, workout reviews).

The Service is provided “as is”. We keep developing it and may add, change or remove features.

3. Your account

You sign in with your Telegram account; no separate registration or password is required.
One Telegram account means one account in the Service.
You are responsible for keeping access to your Telegram account secure.
The Service may be used by people aged 14 and over.

4. Rules of use

While using the Service, you agree not to:

attempt to access other people’s accounts or data;
interfere with the operation of the Service, create excessive load, or use automated tools for bulk requests;
circumvent the limits of free access, including creating accounts in order to obtain the trial period or referral bonuses again;
place unlawful or offensive content, or other people’s personal data, in free-form fields (notes, team and program names, messages to the AI coach);
use the Service for purposes that are contrary to the law.

If these rules are broken, the Administration may restrict or terminate your access to the Service.

5. Premium access

The core features — logging workouts, programs, progress — are free.
Premium unlocks extended features; what they are is shown in the app.
The price and the period are stated in the app at the time of purchase and are paid in Telegram Stars through Telegram’s built-in payments.
There is no automatic renewal. Premium runs for the period you paid for and then simply ends; nothing is charged without your involvement.
A one-off free trial period may be available; it is granted once per account.
Extra days of premium may be granted for users you invite. The Administration decides the terms of such grants and may change them; abuse (fake accounts) is not grounds for a grant.
The Administration may change the price. A change does not affect a period already paid for.

6. Refunds

Payment is processed by Telegram, so refunds follow the procedure Telegram provides for Telegram Stars. To request a refund, write to us at support@formtracker.ru stating the date of the payment. We will review the request and, if the refund is justified, initiate it; premium access ends at that point.

This clause does not limit any consumer rights you have under applicable law.

7. Health and responsibility

The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical services. Training programs, weight recommendations, calorie and macronutrient calculations, information about sports nutrition and the AI coach’s answers are for reference only, are produced automatically, and do not fully account for the state of your health.

They are not a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for consulting a doctor or an in-person coach. Before you start training — especially if you have illnesses, injuries, are pregnant, or have other limitations — consult a doctor.

You train on your own and make decisions about your training load at your own risk. The Administration is not liable for injuries or deterioration of health arising in connection with the use of the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Interruptions are possible, including for reasons that depend on Telegram, the hosting provider, or the provider of the AI features.
We make backups but do not guarantee that data will survive a failure. Export anything that matters to you via “Settings” → “Export data”.
In any event, the Administration’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium access over the last 12 months.

9. Rights to content

The name, design, source code, exercise catalogue and texts of the Service belong to the Administration. They may not be copied or used without permission.

The data you enter (workouts, notes, photographs) remains yours. You grant the Administration the right to process it solely in order to operate the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. If you publish your program in the shared catalogue, you agree that other users will be able to view and copy it.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your data in the way described in the Privacy Policy. An unused paid period is not refunded if you delete your account voluntarily.

The Administration may discontinue the Service, giving users at least 30 days’ notice through the bot, and will return the unused part of any payment.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is published at formtrack.ru/terms.html and formtracker.ru/terms.html with its date. By continuing to use the Service after a change, you accept the new version.

12. Governing law and disputes

These relations are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. A dispute is first addressed in correspondence: send your request to the e-mail address above and we will reply within 30 days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court in accordance with the rules of jurisdiction established by law.
