In short. FORM. is a workout tracker inside Telegram. We store what you enter yourself (workouts, body weight, measurements) and a minimum of data from your Telegram profile. We do not sell data and we show no advertising inside the app. The public web page carries a visitor counter, which does not run inside the app (see 4.4). You can export or delete everything at any time from the app settings.
This is a translation provided for your convenience. The Service is operated from the Russian Federation, and the binding text is the Russian one, published at formtrack.ru/privacy.html. If the two versions differ, the Russian version prevails.
The controller of personal data is Individual Entrepreneur Menshov Artemii Alekseevich (ИП Меньшов Артемий Алексеевич), OGRNIP 325774600170317, registered in the Russian Federation (“we”, the “Operator”), owner of the Telegram bot @form_app_bot and of the websites formtrack.ru and formtracker.ru — one and the same service available at two addresses.

We do not receive your phone number, your contact list, or your Telegram messages.
This information is a special category of personal data (Article 10 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ) and is processed only with your consent. You enter it voluntarily, and the app works even if you fill in only part of it:
Premium access is paid for through Telegram (Telegram Stars). We store the transaction identifier, the number of Stars, the access period and a refund flag. Bank card details and payment credentials never reach us — they are handled by Telegram.

The app runs inside Telegram: sign-in, payments and bot notifications all pass through it, and progress photographs are physically stored in your chat with the bot on Telegram’s servers — we keep only a link to the file. Telegram’s privacy policy applies to that data.
For the AI coach, program generation and workout reviews to work, your profile (sex, age, height, weight, goal, experience), a summary of your workouts and the text of your messages are sent to an external provider of an AI model. That transfer may take place outside the Russian Federation. If you do not want to send this information, simply do not use the “AI features” section; every other function of the app keeps working in full.
If you join a team, the other members see your name, your number of workouts for the week and your total volume. Body weight, measurements, photographs, notes and your chat with the AI coach are never shown to other users.
The public web page (formtrack.ru and formtracker.ru) carries a Yandex.Metrica counter. It exists so that we can tell how many people arrive from advertising and how many of them open the bot. The counter receives de-identified information about the visit: IP address, device and browser type, page address and referring source. Yandex’s privacy policy applies to that data. Session recording (“Webvisor”) is switched off.
There is no counter inside the app. It runs only on the page a visitor sees before signing in, and it does not start inside the Telegram mini app. Your workouts, body weight, measurements, photographs, notes and chat with the AI coach never reach Metrica — it knows nothing about them.
The data in section 2 — your profile, workouts, body weight, measurements, photographs and messages — is not sold, and is not passed to advertising networks or data brokers. The only recipients are the ones listed above: Telegram, the AI provider and, to the extent described in 4.3, the other members of your team. Data may also be disclosed on a reasoned demand from state authorities in the cases provided for by law.
Data is stored in a database on a server rented by the Operator: Moscow, Russia. Until 19 August 2026 the server was in the Netherlands; the database was moved across in full during the migration, and the composition of the data did not change.
For citizens of Russia this means that the recording, organisation and storage of their personal data take place on the territory of the Russian Federation, as required by Part 5 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. We draw your attention separately to the fact that information you send to the AI features (see 4.2) is still processed by an external provider and may leave Russia.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. After you delete your account, information about you is deleted with no possibility of recovery; payment records may be kept longer where accounting and tax law requires it.
We answer requests within the period established by law.
No service can guarantee absolute protection, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures.
The app is not intended for people under 14. If you are younger, please do not use it without the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
FORM. is a tool for logging workouts. Its calculations and recommendations, including the AI coach’s answers, are for reference only and are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a prescription. If you have health problems, consult a doctor.
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at formtrack.ru/privacy.html and formtracker.ru/privacy.html, with the version date shown at the top of the page. We will announce material changes through the bot.
